Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from Denmark and arrive within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in the EU. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Right now I only ship within the EU. If you're outside the EU and want a planner, email me at contact@guitarella.com and I'll see what I can do.
My Order
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make a change, email me at contact@guitarella.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped I can't make changes, so the sooner you reach out the better.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
That shouldn't happen, but if it does, email me at contact@guitarella.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. I'll sort it out and send a replacement at no extra cost.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't seen it after 24 hours, check your spam folder or get in touch.

Is the planner suitable for all guitarists?
Yes. Whether you play classical, electric, acoustic, jazz or anything else, the planner works the same way. Practice structure is universal. The pages are designed to fit any style and level, from beginner to professional.
What's inside the planner?
The planner has three main sections: a daily planner with hourly scheduling, mood and weather tracking, and reflection space; a monthly overview for goal setting and concert planning; and worksheets including SMART goals, repertoire lists, concert rehearsal pages and masterclass notes. There's also extra space at the back for free notes.
What language is the planner in?
The planner is fully in English.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Every planner comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If it's not the right fit, send it back within 30 days of receiving it and I'll refund you. The planner needs to be in its original condition. Return shipping is on me.
How do I start a return?
Email me first at contact@guitarella.com with your order number and a quick note about why you'd like to return. I'll send you the return address and instructions, and I'll cover the return shipping cost.
When will I get my refund?
Once I receive the returned planner and confirm it's in good condition, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.
