Return policy

Overview

At Guitarella, I want every guitarist to feel confident about their purchase. If the planner isn't the right fit for your practice, you can return it under the conditions below. This policy applies to all orders placed through guitarella.com.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day you receive your planner to request a return. If you're not happy with it, get in touch and I'll make it right.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the planner must be:

• In its original condition (unused, unwritten in, undamaged)
• Returned with all original packaging
• Sent back within 30 days of delivery

Planners that have been written in, marked, or damaged unfortunately cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email me first at contact@guitarella.com with:

• Your order number
• A short note about why you'd like to return the planner

I'll reply with the return address and detailed instructions. Please don't send the planner back without contacting me first, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

I cover the cost of return shipping. Once you've contacted me and received the return instructions, I'll arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned planner and confirm it's in original condition, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your planner arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email me at contact@guitarella.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

I'll send a replacement at no extra cost as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Since Guitarella currently offers a single product (the Guitar Practice Planner), exchanges aren't applicable. If you'd like a different version of the planner in the future, you're welcome to return your current one and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email contact@guitarella.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it under the standard return policy above.

EU Statutory Rights

This return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee above extends this period.
